This web application is for Military Engineer Services. The website is to be used for Smart Meter Electricity Payments in prepaid mode. It would run the electricity distribution system as prepaid electricity payment. The website is to be used by the employees of MES, occupants staying in the accommodations managed by MES, Shop owners renting the shops in the defense premises and the IT staff.
